BOB MEDCALF, FOUNDER AND CEO

Bob is the former CFO of HCA Healthcare and QHR Health. After a successful career as a hospital CFO, he dedicated his career to helping hospitals increase their revenue and reduce their costs. In his free time, he enjoys travling and spending time with his family and playing with his nine grandchildren. 

JEFF POPP, VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING

Jeff brings extensive firsthand knowledge of revenue cycle management to our team. Previously, Jeff was Vice President of a national healthcare consulting firm specializing in revenue cycle financial improvements. He was also the former Director of Revenue Cycle for Southwest General Health Center, as well as the former Regional Administrative Director for Community Health Partners & Allen Medical Center. When not at work, Jeff enjoys traveling, a variety of outdoor activities/sports and spending time with his family.

CAROL TROMMER, RN, BSN, VICE PRESIDENT PERI-OPERATIVE SERVICES

Carol was raised in a small town, and recognizes the vital role rural hospitals have as the heart and soul of a community. Her nursing experience of more than 25 years in a variety of settings and roles has given her an understanding of the crucial link between clinical activities, documentation, and charge capture. In her current role Carol has worked with hospitals to ensure effective communications between the clinical and financial entities to improve charge capture and improve the financial health of the hospitals she serves.

GRETCHEN WITHER, RN, BSN, DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES

Gretchen is an experienced nurse who has worked directly in patient care in multiple service lines as well as a patient chart auditor. Her background with auditing for quality improvement and documentation accuracy within the operating room provided her the interest to pursue a career in improving nursing documentation. Gretchen started working with Net Revenue reviewing nursing documentation in different EMR systems and has used this experience to offer improved charge capture capabilities which includes improved documentation and revenue recognition to our Net Revenue hospitals.
