As Sales & Marketing Director you will:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Create & manage a pipeline of new revenue opportunities
  • Assist with development of marketing strategies
  • Assist with client retention.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/professional selling, business, marketing, public relations, management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance [not pharma or DME]
  • 5+ years proven experience as a successful field sales professional
  • Experience in selling of complex solutions within healthcare (not commodity sales)
  • Demonstrate consistent achievement (and exceeding) of revenue goals and related objectives
  • Knowledge and contacts in the healthcare revenue cycle

Best Candidates Need: 

  • Experience with Hospital Revenue Cycle and/or Finance Departments
  • Must have a strong desire to win with a competitive spirit. We are looking for a hunter, not a farmer!
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and demonstrated ability to sell in a competitive environment
  • Demonstrated technical and business acumen
  • Must be able to travel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Location: This position is mainly remote, but it is preferred that the candidate is in the Ohio/Indiana/Illinois/Michigan region.
